Boeings next plane; new 777? In today's Seattle Times there's interesting speculation that because of the larger of the two planned A350s, Boeing is going to have to meet competition by introducing an updated derivative version of its 777.

I've noticed here on the AA board that there's been some feeling that the next new plane in AA's future would be the Dreamliner inspired replacement for the 737. If the replacement 737 is indeed pushed back, would that make AA more interested in acquiring 738s? Any thoughts?
