I am seeking help on an issue I have with the Sheraton Society Hill, Philadelphia.

Back in December I left may car with them over night while staying. During the time it was in Valet they moved it out on to the road and the car got ticketed. When the car was returned to me when I left the ticket was not on it. The first I knew about it was seeing the charge from Avis on my bill and then a couple of weeks later I got a copy of the ticket.

I have contact the hotel a number of times and been put through to the Valet manager who keeps saying he will look at it. So far nothing. I am $85 out of pocket and want the money back.

Any ideas on what to do next?
