Have any of you bought a reletively cheap C fare from DEL to Vancouver lately?

I remember a few months back there was a cheap fare of around Rs70,000 incl taxes from Columbo to LA on SQ. That would have been perfect, could have bought two add on flights from DEL to columbo and LAX to YVR. But this fare seems to have vanished.

But is there any other cheaper fares then the 1.65 + taxes + 12% Service Tax. Which means that the ticket will be almost 2+

Doesn't make sense to me as the Economy ticket on SQ is Rs55.
