You would get a great view from a room on the correct side of the ANA hotel. Or for less money, the Harbourview in North Sydney will have great views from the southern side of the hotel. But be warned that appart from the view, the Harbourview is not the best place to stay - lower floors suffer from the noise of the trains rumbling through the station below. But the train makes transport very convenient!
