Nope. I looked into that and ITA does not consider LGB part of QLA. For example, AS flies LGB-SEA, and B6 flies LGB-OAK, but using ITA for a QLA-SEA or QLA-OAK seach and looking for LGB departures turns up nothing for either of those airlines. You can only find them if you use a distinct LGB code...
