I think it is something along the lines of a menthol patch you apply to your leg and it helps circulation etc. If I had to guess I'd say something along the lines of ICY HOT analgesic or Tigers Balm. However it is applied to a piece of cloth (included) and you you then stick the cloth on your say calf during a long flight.
