RDU: Decent location, but it's in a trailer. Service is slow but friendly. The shuttle is extremely sketchy after 8pm.

DTW: Horrible customer service and nearly nonexistent shuttle service. Not the best neighbourhood, but not bad for DTW.

GRR: Located in the middle of nowhere and severly understaffed. Granted, it's GRR, so I wasn't expecting much.
