Yes, it is an easy drive by car from Munich via Passau and Linz to Mauthausen. I donīt know how you can get up to the KZ, when arriving by train, because the KZ is on a small hill. The best way to avoid the much traffic jams at Linz is to drive further to St. Valentin on the highway A1 and then to Mauthausen.
