My bet would be that this is one that'll be rebranded as a Doubletree (4 star) hotel. I stayed there as a Diamond, but on a deal that included dinner on the first night and breakfast, so I can't comment as to whether I'd have been given comp breakfast. The restaurant was good as I remember. As has been mentioned, there's no lounge, hence the Doubletree rating.
