I agree that none of us really know how the computer decides who gets the upgrade. I always figured it was either first on the list or some kind of fare class/ticket price paid. Has anyone ever confirmed the waitlist pecking order at a MVPG luncheon or elsewhere? Obviously, Golds go before MVPs but I still think the rest is a guarded secret.
