I tried this and validated it for the Phillipines and India, but after about 7 retries was not able to reach the center in the US.
If someone tries and validates the US center, please post here! Otherwise I'm assuming that center is only for 1K/1P.
There are 3 call centers in the US: Detroit, Chicago and Honolulu. There are multiple (undisclosed number) outsourced call centers in India and the Phillipines handling all manner of calls in addition to regular reservations. These are non UA employees.
