I rented at ABQ in January. Friendly agent from upstate NY. A bit cheap - middle of January with 5 inch snow forecast, no snow brush in the car, and the windshield washer fluid was empty. Thanks, guys.

Otherwise, everything was ok. Shuttle drivers were nice, etc. Immediate service when I showed up. It's a pain in the arse to have to take the shuttle all the way to the rental counter from the airport (for such a "small" airport!).
