An agent finally explained to me that each time you re-dial, you're dispatched to a different center. She explained there is a center in India, in Phillipines and in (believe this?) the US.

I tried this and validated it for the Phillipines and India, but after about 7 retries was not able to reach the center in the US.

If someone tries and validates the US center, please post here! Otherwise I'm assuming that center is only for 1K/1P.
