A BIG difference is with CO its $25 as long as the same fare basis code is available if not its suppose to be $25 and the difference in fares between what the person paid to the cheapest available.
It seems NW doesnt care what the fare basis you purchased was and if its available. Seems all NW cares about is if theres an Empty seat
