It was difficult to put these links together from scratch, and it was very satisfying to crack the problem. I'm not about to spend the time doing it again anytime soon!

[Edited to add:] Useful if you need to send a direct link to someone rather than explain about clicking through to the right page and pulling down the right tier, etc., as willyroo rightly points out below.
