I think your question was more specifically: Are there any call centers where the majority of reps are well-versed in the American-dialect of English and all of it's colloquialisms and syntax.

Thanks very much. I do play, and at 6'7" you can well imagine that having the opportunity to discuss seat selection is important to me.
But no, that wasn't my question. I'm well aware that American English is one of only several dialects and I don't insist that anyone accomodate my way of speaking. The fellow that I spoke with did not speak adequate English of any kind and I wanted to know how to access someone who could help me with my questions.
