Are all award reservations now going through the ICC? I have spent the last week or so on the phone with the international award desk trying to book an F award to Europe. I always get the ICC, even when I dial the 1P number.

That said, the reps I dealt with appear to be slightly better than ICC reps I have had in the past. Of course, I had to do all of the work with the ANA tool before hand, but the last rep I dealt with understood and executed my request fairly quickly. However, pretty much everyone I dealt with seemed like an automaton rather than a warm, friendly human being. I sure miss dealing with the Alaska Airlines partner desk . . .
