You can get fares in the 700-900 range right now into Europe (I'm looking at RDU -> FRA for my examples) and then it'll go up to 1,000-1,300 for the cheapest tickets for July/August. Prices will be lower after Labor Day, but it's always hard to know when they'll drop it further. In the depths of the off season, you can find transatlantic under 500 all-in as long as you're watching and can be a bit flexible.
