Cancelled booking now showing on ba.com as a different reservation for the same pax
I had to cancel a non-refundable WTP return booking down to GCM on the direct BA flight in May, with a view to recovering the taxes charges etc.

All seemed to have gone smoothly but I thought I would check on ba.com that the booking was cancelled.

It now shows a single trip on 10th December down to MIA on BA and owards to GCM on AA. A different routing for a quite different date, and one that I had NOT previously booked.

checkmytrip.com shows the same information as ba.com, with the flights shown as confirmed and the orignal eticket numbers.

Would anyone like to venture a view as to what this is all about ?
