Keep Us All Posted

SSullivan,

You thoughts are died on here.... I would add that the red coats for me at least were a bit accomidating when I missed the departure.

I will ay that the Chautauga flights due seem to have the least reliable flight posting information on the terminal screens, online, and what the agents in the P-Club see. I flew hoe the monday after easter and someone in operations didnt update the information in the computer after a flight showed delayed for 3 hours they never went back in and changed the time to reflect the new departure. I learned my lession and now dont trust the depature times for their flights as many of Chatuaga flights were incorrect. It seems not only do they hae their own planes and crews but they report times on their own. Even the gate agents computer for my last LBB flight showed the rvised time of 9:40 insead of the original time that they switched back to. In other words, watch yourself on these flights until the problems are ironed out.

ALso I might mention that they Chautuaga seem to be more willing to leave bags behind or the planes are not able to carry as much weight as the erj. I am not a pilot so just making this as an observation again from my experience that they seem to leave more luggage than ExJet.

Either way, I think that as we individual fly on Chautaga that we should keep others informed on this board and also so that COInsider can report our experinces with this new partner.

Happy Flying!!!
