If you're trying to piece together an MR, you can use the ITA trip planner to specify a list of airports in the "to" or "from" fields, e.g. "SFO;OAK;SJC." This would be an easy way to solve your problem.
I've also found it helpful to use the "any airport within __ miles" feature of ITA; for example, SFO+50mi to include OAK and SJC; SNA+100mi to include LAX, SAN, ONT, BUR.
