The OP is wanting to go either this summer or fall, if I read the OP correctly.

I would guess that great fares to Europe for this summer are very unlikely...and I'm thinking THAT is what his inquiry is all about---to see if ANYTHING decent opens up during the summer months.

I would think that for fall, he'd be looking at late fall, and (as others have said) won't see those things drop until after Labor Day, and more likely October...but I could be wrong.
