I have timed walking from from A26 to E5 just about the longest walk within security between the furthest AA gates.
Normal pace pulling my rollaboard and it takes no more than 18 mins.
Timed it many times.
The far A gates to the far D gates are a longer distance than far A to E5.

I never connect in MIA because I live there, but I have had gate changes from far D to A and it is no picnic. It is one hell of a trek from far D to parking also.
