We had an experience recently at Orlando World Center where they allow guests to light up on the balconies. Seems fair enough, but the repeated problem was our "next door neighbor" kept lighting up out there. Every time, her smoke blew right into our room if we had the sliding glass door open! Not to mention that it rendered our balcony unusable.

This wouldn't have been so bad if she had a mild habit, but this woman was a serious nicotine addict....chain smoking all the time!
Sadly, this happened to me last September, before the entire chain went non-smoke. I had the very last/corner room on the very top (26th) floor, pool side, so essentially I had only 1 quadrant (25%) of possible neighbors, yet the smoke coming into the room was quite evident and annoying. And I love staying there and listening to the waterfalls while I sleep.

Was this pre or post the smoking ban?
