Same here. Thankfully, I've never been assigned to one of these fake non-smoking rooms when the hotel's been fully booked.
the remedy is to rip everything out and start over again - I dont think that many hotels have that money. the ozone machine doesnt work
Agreed. Odors from heavy smoking seep into the carpet and upholstery and will linger there for years. Even the wall paint can need to be redone in extreme cases.
