Well, you asked for it and here it is:
Book your reservation online at aircanada.ca; then mail the electronic ticket/receipt along with the
original travel credit to AC's refund department upon
completion of all travels.
Some notes about this:
- You can make this request upon completion of all travels. This applies to AC/AC Jazz online bookings on AC's website.
- Ticket must be issued before your MCO expires.
- The refund request must be received
no more than 90 days after completion of travel.
- The amount of the MCO will be credited back to the original form of payment.
- If cost of ticket is less than value of MCO, NO refunds will be given.
- If you're giving the MCO to someone else, there
must be an authorization letter from you accompanying the refund request.
