You may try calling the American Airlines AAdvantage Program. They had, and may very well still have, a moving company that provided miles. If the agent is unable to assist you, ask for AAdvantage customer service. This partner, I think I recall knowing, is an Incentive Mileage Partner, called an AAIM partner. Good luck.
