Nail us w/ a huge devaluation of our points on the order of 30-40% or more in some cases and then double back w/ a targeted promotion that is 3/4ths less than it usually is (used to be a double points promo; now I see it is a miniscule 25% bonus)....and then drill it down to such a limited target that few get the benefit.
