Whom to are you referring with that statement?

If it's me, then I like to say that I have had Centurion for 6 years now and seen it plummet from a great product to a just a product. Dwindled benefits, sliding service, and I'm not the only one. Centurion still pays for itself, but when you've been a holder of the card throughout that long downward period it's expected that their reaction to it may be somewhat frosty. If you've had the card for a shorter period of time, and weren't aroudn for the glory years then it may seem a little strange.
