Remember that computers going down is a ploy undertaken by those in the IT industry to ensure continues employment. It is perfectly possible to make a computer 100% reliable and simple to use, but if that was done, unemployment in the IT industry would sky-rocket.
So whenever you experience computer systems problems remember that you are helping to reduce unemployment in the IT inductry
