I am trying to make a number of changes to my itinerary using Qantas FF points. I am not experiencing any problems finding information on seat availability for Qantas however the minute I ask for international AA flights to Latin America the system goes down. This has happened every day now for a little over a week. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?.
I have already confirmed seats but need to make some changes and fear that the tickets will be issued before-hand. As I have already paid the relevant taxes, is there any way to put the issue of tickets on hold until I make the relevant changes?. Thanks.
