Hm... Personally, I haven't tried the car service, but from what I understand you do NOT have to get off the car if you have HKID and the Chinese "Home Return Permit" issued to qualifying HK citizens (which I don't have).
But yeah, I guess with a foreign passport, one probably have to get off the car and go inside.
Not sure about Parklane, but ask them and I'm sure they'll have such service.
