I get all of the above for free with Southwest! OK, no priority luggage lags, but when all the bags come out by 25 minutes from landing, it's just as good as priority. Their Frequent Flier reservation line answers immediately, even when the general call load is heavy. The web site is reliable and fast and eliminates most of the need to phone. And Southwest has your "no upgrades" request covered, too! :-)
