While I do think this is a great story about a crew working well together, I am going to be "that guy" and ask this: Aren't there a lot of pre-flight checklists to go through that the captain should be occupied with instead of serving drinks or hanging coats?

While the gesture is great, it just seems like there are better uses for the captain's time before departure.
