It isn't all BAs fault though. Security lines and the total inept management of UK airports also increases the general misery that is air travel out of the UK.
I think that is pretty much one of the main reasons why some FTers are feeling the way they do.
But as far as the board goes, I think it's a blip before T5 opens, and before BAA finally get put in their place. I remain optimistic
