I think that on a J fare (and upgraded Y?) I am allowed to use the concierge service if neccessary. I will be flying LHR-LGA via YYZ and would like to have contact numbers available if necessary. I can't find them on the website. How do I go about getting the 3 numbers that I might use? I had a pretty nightmare transit there last year (last month was much better) and want to have someone to call for assistance - just in case.
