QF used to offer substancial snacks but now only offers a cookie which IME, certainly leaves much to desire.

i was thinking of what United/AA has been doing and typing that is what qantas can do.I certainly did not say that SQ has been charging for food and drinks. If you read my post carefully, it says: "Qantas will see and follow what SQ is now proposing to do with minor provisions."

You are correct in saying that but the spirit of the new SQ is that you have to fly business to get PPS to enter the lounge with no F lounge access or fly business or First. You don't necessary have to do that with qantas. This is especially so when the new changes take place in sept. What qantas is thinking of doing is remove their F lounge entirely.
