Maybe that's the problem, BA has changed and the experience isn't as consistently good any more. Perhaps that's why people here are more grumpy/tetchy because they are mirroring the way the airline is headed?
I think that hits the spot for me. Once was the time I would immediately log into FT whenever I found a PC - at work or at home - usually with tales of an excellent flight here - or great service there.
Now my experiences with BA (and air travel in general) - are usually pretty average, or if truth be told a real trial and hassle - so mostly I can't be bothered to share those woes with the good guys here.
It isn't all BAs fault though. Security lines and the total inept management of UK airports also increases the general misery that is air travel out of the UK.
