Am an AA 2MM shopping on United as a new alternative.....this year now a Silver but flights in paid C and F to Europe/Asia coming up soon so will at least make it to PE.....here is my take...have not been to FRA RCC but to LH clubs.....the new FRA LH FC is very nice (no plugs however to recharge computer batteries) but other FRA LH clubs in need up repair....what I see with UA is at least an effort in FC to be good at the service role even compared to AA and as I am out of Msp leaps and bounds in front of NW.....however I agree that the RCC and even LH clubs need some work.....
