Ref the brochure information on over 55 and ATM fees, I sent an email query to BA asking if it was true that they waived ATM fees from other banks for their over 55 customers.

Their reply:

customer. Please be advised ATM fees are not waived for customers over
the age of fifty five. We apologize you were given incorrect
