It appears to me though that from your perspective, no matter what USAir is charging for a flight, no matter the level (or lack) of service, no matter how bad the product has become - we should just take it. Not only should we take it, we should take it and shut our mouths and not complain about it. We shouldn't complain at the airport, or on the plane, or in our letters to the company. We shouldn't even complain about it here on a message board gathering of folks in a similar situation. We should take what the company gives, we should sit there and shut up about how they run the airline. And if we don't like it, we should leave. Well, don't worry about that, that has been going on for a while now. And who has replaced us? Well, probably the very same people who have been making your day longer and harder. How dare we complain, discuss or trade thoughts on the latest changes on, what used to be for many of us, our primary carrier.
They changed the dessert in first class. No big deal but it's worth discussing as many of us sit on these flights week after week after week. If your job has just become a paycheck, that's fine with me - trust me it's pretty obvious that you're now one of many at the airline that feels that way.
I sorry if any of the above is not taken in the spirit it was given. The most anyone of us can hope for is to do something we love for a living. If it hasn't worked out that way for you, I hope you find something that does.
