From SPN Lifer:
Hello Willyroo,
This is in response to your question about my three topics posted on the Qantas board at FlyerTalk, that I asked you to delete.
I was trying to emulate the meeting at the Qantas Club. However, not as many people are likely to make it up here to Saipan, but at least the CNMI is in the same time zone as SYD, and it is certainly closer than the US. I am a very good tour guide.
CO flies CNS-GUM-SPN, also DPS-GUM-SPN. What I wanted to do was create a "blank" topic replying [totally empty] with my invitation, and then post links to it as appropriate.

OK, Please Let Me In On It

Needless to say, as is intuitively obvious to the most casual observer, my technical skills do leave something to be desired! (This was before the "secret" was shared in the final link, and the belated advice not to try this on other forums).
So I can assure you there was no intent to artificially inflate post count, nor anything else nefarious.
Hope everyone had a good Australia Day!
Could you please post the foregoing quoted response to your query in the original thread, so Qantas Forum participants don't think I was trying to be disrespectful? I was born in Australia, and have 650,000 QF miles, and OZ has the nearest population of
FlyerTalk participants, so I certainly wouldn't intend anything of the sort.
All you have to do is cut and paste. I would have posted directly to the board myself, but my posting privileges seem to have been suspended for an indeterminate period for my transgression.
Then feel free to delete at least the other two threads.
Thanks,
SPN Lifer
