Dave Noble helped me with some really good info on QF programme yesterday (thanks Dave) on this very topic...

Looks like QF is a far better alternative to the BAEC for me (I just miss BA Silver most of the time) and BA dont do upgrades....

One other point. There seems to be a bonus mileage of 500 that gets posted before any premium cabin or staus bonuses are calculated. This is interesting and I have no idea what it is about. Anyone shed any light on this for me ?
