Interline agreement between DragonAir and SQ?
Does anyone know if this exists?

I am flying out of Shanghai on SQ into HK , connecting onto SQ for Sin about 3 hours later.

Am I able to check my baggage thru to SIN from Shanghai or do I have to collect and recheck it at HK.?
