There is another hotel category, just called Hyatt xxxx (like Rickey's or Hyatt San Jose used to be, but there are others still around). So I would rate them as

Lowest: Hyatt Place, Summerfield Suites, Hyatt xxxx
then...
Hyatt Regency
Hyatt resorts, Grand Hyatt
Highest: Park Hyatt

As yet unknown: Andass by Hyatt
