I've never rented a car through the ICC, but...

With some of the challenges I've seen that they have with UA's system, I can only imagine the difficulties some of them might have trying to navigate the Hertz reservation system. God help me if I ever need them to enter my UA FF number in the flight reservation and my Hertz number in the car reservation in the same phone call. I can see this being a sure recipe for a migraine.
