If you like Sushi & Sashimi, try YOSHINO - everyone is Japanese there. It on Newport Ave in Tustin. Also try WASABI Sushi - they offer the freshest fish. More expensive - Restaurant ABE in Newport Beach. Their Sea Bass TORO is superb. If you like YAKINIKU, try An Jin (in Costa Mesa). Be there by 5:30p, otherwise the waiting list is really long.

Don't really like TAIKO. Sorry, it's kinda overrated for me.
