I think you get miles and TPs on Hotlines if they are 'simple' Hotlines (i.e. a standard 10% off what BA.com would give you) and in an eligible booking class.

Special Offer Hotlines (much much cheaper than BA.com) don't as they normally are Y fares booked into deep deep discount.

(PS this could all be rubbish)
