Before I fly B6 again I need to know that things have improved. It is hard to see that when all you get is cheerleading.
ccdr14 complainted about his delayed JetBlue flight. As a JetBlue pilot I told you that I worked for 4 days over the duration of the nor'easter. I told you that 80% of my flights were delayed. I told you way they were delayed, what other rational and reasonable discourse do you want. Ask an honest question and I will try to reply with a civil honest answer. I am not on this forum to defend JetBlue at every opportunity. The meltdown happened and as a crewmember I was embarassed and disgusted at our operation. We are in the early stages but positive changes are happening. By the way were you flying over the nor'easter. If only you had some appreciation of the challenges involved in operating 170,000 lbs of equipment safely in 40 MPH winds at 160 MPH on an approach to landing. The maximum crosswind component on most commercial airliners is 30-35 knots. There is little room for error.
