Similar things happen with Ex-Australia or NZ originations and the rest of the SWP. As regards your routings we all know that sometimes mistakes are made but I don't believe the board (and the AA rtw desk) has ever agreed that the US/Canada exception is actually a US/Canada/Caribbean/Central America exception.
